Children: Unsuitable for young children. Due to the height of the property, directly on to the sea we feel this property is only suitable for older children or babies who do not yet walk.
Dogs:
Well behaved dogs are accepted, please do not let dogs on the furniture and leave the property in spic and span condition. Charges apply.

Smoking:
This is a strictly no smoking property.
